    Does such a thing exist?
I thought that 7x64 was the (rimless) cartridge for magazine rifles, and 7x65R was the flanged version for rifles and combination-guns that break open.

Correct the R stands for rimmed to be used in break action rifles, also the rimmed action works well with ruger no 1s which might be a cheaper option but I can't recall ever seeing one in that chambering.

How about posting a picture of a box of this 7 x 64R ammunition or the section of your FAC that allows you to purchase this ammunition? Thanks JCS

I would have thought the plod would have no trouble granting someone permission to buy 1000 rounds of an imaginary round... Their favourite sort of calibre, I should imagine.

If he's an RFD he can have it on RFD books then transfer to his cert as needed I would guess

7x64R is interesting. I have a 7x64 and it works well

Changed for a Boyd's prairie hunter as other stock was too flexible for use with bipod of if you rested it too far forward on the rail of a high seat.

That's a shame, after you paid extra for the nicer wood upgrade and everything. Unless I've mistaken this rifle for your Voere.
