Blue head lights........is it just me?

Just been to help a mate out dropping off his truck to have a new starter motor fitted, and both of us could not see a thing when one of these younger drivers with a older cheap car fitted with these dumbfounded blue tinted lamps came screaming toward us,

i wish the police would do something other than watch them drive about blinding everyone, I am sure the beam settings on older headlamps are not made to angle these thing in the correct beam shape or direction,

They are a pain in the arse Bob.
At night time they dazzle you in the wing mirrors as well as coming towards you.
You don`t see them as much as you used too I don`t think.

Probably an aftermarket Xenon headlight kit - illegal unless it's got automatic beam adjustment like modern cars have.

Not all factory fitted cars with Xenons had auto levelling.. Subaru for instance did not. HID's are just as bad and just wait until the new BMW lazer lights come towards you bet they dazzle like no tomorrow. Headlights seem to be designed for showy looks and not performance today. Providing they look cool then it is all OK.
