    Moving deer?

    Right ,

been asked if I can move some deer (24) of them to another location about 150 mile away?
Any ideas on how I could do it?

Depending on what species they are I think you will find you may need a licence from Natural England

Blimey, good luck with that! Personally, I'd give Mike Allison @ Jelen a shout and see if he'd do it for you/with you, as that's bread & butter for them...

If they're fallow, you just have to shoot at them a couple of times...they'll probably end up 150 miles away...

There was a product years ago called "deer catch" it was a grain based bait laced with diazepam, 5mg /kg seemed to be the effective dose. It takes several hours to take effect & much longer till the effects were gone, but there was little to nil capture myopathy. All you need now is a vet who will supervise the capture & prescribe a couple of thousand valium tablets? Simples! Ah, the good old days.
