Thread: Fleece lined jeans

    Fleece lined jeans

I bought a pair at Cabelas for me 10 years ago but have never found them in UK/Europe except the only ones on offer are for small children.
They work really well in the cold unlike denim alone which is as cold as a Barbour wax jacket in the cold.
    Anyone got a supplier?

Can't help you there, but I wear Powerstretch (brand name fabric offered by various manufacturers in the outdoor market) bottoms a lot under my outdoor work/stalking/dog walking kit and they work really well.

Not jeans - but very effective. Craghoppers Kiwi Winter Cargo pants. I think there are other items in the Craghoppers range denominated 'winter' which are fleece lined. Some of the range is water repellant too.....
They are pretty smart and are surprisingly hard wearing.

Several American companies make insulated jeans and work clothes for winter construction. Some are very sturdy, like Carhartt. Others, like Dickies and Wrangler, are more soft. I have a pair of Wrangler which are soft and quiet, and so warm on the legs.
