Does anyone have experience with this, or any other commercially available dragging harness?

It certainly looks the buisness if it was on flatter grassy ground.Dont think it would be great on mountain ranges or big tussocks. You need to swivel round alot in these conditions and use your hands and arms.Have a look at what Dan uses in this thread,so easy to make.I made mine in 15 mins, bit of seatbelt and poly rope.

    B. I have two issues with this. Firstly, never tie yourself to your deer. On steep ground the deer can take off, especially in snow. You don't want to be attached when that happens. Secondly (tongue in cheek) - what's your ghillie for? Rgds JCS

As JCS has written above no one would tie themselves to a deer going up or down hill ,if it takes off your going with it ,then there's two dead things to drag of the hill , loose rope or old sling type material, safety first you can always shoot another deer you can't get another life .
