I seem to remember Rake About was selling a BSA, sorry long shot.

Mk1 if you go to the Classifieds section, Firearms and on the top right you'll see a search box - either BSA or 243 will pull up a relevant list.

There are a number of BSA rifles in 243 and other calibres if it doesn't have to be 243, and a number of 243 rifles if it doesn't have to be BSA.

Couldn't see any Scottish locations though for a BSA in 243 in last year or so.

I can understand your desire for a Scotsman but I have heard that other nationalities are just about OK if that's all you can find. :D

Haha thanks Jim I don't have a strange lust for Scottish men (honest) a friend had told me about a guy from up north with a bsa for sale with a very low shot count and was a very reasonable price.

Just wondered as the CF2 is a long action not matter the cartridge they all use the same action it seems. The earlier models came in different action lengths and that to some is important?

Sorry cannot help about round count but I doubt a rifle like this ....

would see a lot of rounds though the bore.

Another but again unknown round count.

This one looks to be an earlier model so probably a shorter action?

Another 243 stutzen BSA ..

Not as common on the used market as they once were BSA's it would seem...... Good luck with you search but I must admit that I never counted the shots that I put through my then new Brno rifle and wonder how amny peope really do?
