    Swarovski range binocular problem

Has anyone with Swarovski el range binoculars noticed what can only be described as pins sticking out under the rubber causing bumps? I have just noticed 7 on one side and 1 on the other side, as you hold the binocular to look through the right side has the 7 pins sticking out.

    Cheers
    David

    David,

I have checked over my 8x42 EL range binoculars and there is no evidence of any pins sticking out.
Hope you get the issue resolved quickly.

    Ditto, no pins.

Their offices are in Salfords, Surrey and are extremely helpful

    Morning,

Thanks for the information, l will contact them asap. Yes if anyone is checking their binoculars, they're on the underside and two very big ones forward, it's almost like something has come undone or screwed out under the rubber.
