    Misty Muntjac

A grey old morning - a touch of frost but misty. This is the same buck I've seen before but this time without the doe.

A bit of sunlight would have made for much better photography conditions, but you can't pick and choose at 07:00 in the morning

Thank you, and yes, they were taken about 2 hours ago. You can't see that clearly, but he's got brow points on each antler. If he makes another year or two he should be a very good buck.

Still gloomy here, but hopefully might clear up a bit later on.

I can see them now you said, yeah will be a nice buck. Never seen one in person but would like to, I hear they are good eating too. It's over cast and a little drizzly here but still quite bright.
Keep the pictures comin, a joy to see.

I've not had Sika, which many say is the best venison, but I'd certainly take muntjac over roe, red or fallow.

Tidy photo Dom, a little more light and it would have been perfect.
