    Very productive day butchering.

A very productive Sunday for me, and did something slightly different with both beasts.
I love my steak, but the roe was a clean neck shot so decided on sawing in half, chops, spare rib, prime steak etc but the fat on the fallow waw.
So went for some rolled roasting joints, some prime steak and quality diced.Freezer full and sorted.

Nice. Well done. Butchering and making the most of it is a big element for me. Like splitting wood.
