    WANTED - Action for re-barrel

    Gents.
I am looking at potentially building a new rifle - probably in 6.5 calibre.
I want to see what (if any) actions are out there.

I'm probably after a rifle built on a stainless Sako or Tikka action (possibly something else - custom maybe ?? )
Therefore I am for a shot-out rifle ( or even just the action) that I can re-barrel - I'm not interested in a super accurate gun with loads of barrel life.

If you have anything - Please let me know.

the Husqvarna, Zoli or Carl Gustav 1900s turn up fairly cheaply (especially for a worn out one) and have great actions. Not that I know much about rebuilding on one, but they are much revered everywhere else in the world for the smooth bolt. Often to be found at a Holts auction. Just an idea.

I have 2 1900s and find them far superior to a lot of guns I have used. Scandi quality of course...

Husqvarna .243 Bolt Action Rifle for sale. Buy for 350.

one here for sale 350 with what looks like apel QR mounts (they must have been a standard accessory as I often see them done as such) and an old school Kahles scope. I'd even buy the stock off you if you did get it!
