    Two does, no buck, but one fox

    Out this morning, but clearly not early enough as these two does had already made their way through the cover crop.

    The older of the two looks heavily pregnant:

    Whereas this doe looks less so:

    They slowly made their way across the field.

    No sign of the buck, but hopefully he's around somewhere.

    He was pretty much clean of velvet last week and it would be nice to get a more up to date view of him.

    Returning to the cover crop I caught sight of this fox on his way through. He responded to the squeak but was hidden by the sunflower stalks, so all I managed to capture were these two shots:

    They are saying the weather will change as we go through the week so not sure I'll get out again before the weekend

    Great photos Dom.
    The forecast isn`t good for the weekend but don`t believe all you hear.
