Thread: Does anyone shoot a Bergara break action?

Does anyone shoot a Bergara break action?

I have been toying with the idea of a single shot break action/falling block rifle for a while now, I am now looking at ordering a Bergara BA 13 takedown. I have heard great things about their bolt action rifles, and having now had a chance to have a play with a B14 I am completely sold. Outstanding build quality and value for money, I can only assume their break action rifles are of similar quality.

Just curious if anyone has one of these and what your experiences have been.

I dont have one and i dont think many here will. It would be worth googling reviews for the versions sold on the american market, that is the CVA Apex/Scout/Stalker/Hunter.

Thanks for that, I didn't realize they were marketed under a different brand in the US.

I have the B14 in 243. Walnut stock. I have had lots of rifles over the years and can honestly say this is a fantastic firearm, quality as good as my Sako.
Don't know about the break action but I have a Baikal double rifle in 45 - 70. Once I sorted the stock out for length and a bit of oil it looks well. The gun itself is well made and well finished.
