Wouldn't have thought so assuming your keys are securely stored to prevent unauthorised access? Thats the licensing condition you have to meet, so as long as you're covered there you'd like to think you're good.

I'd have thought the only time you would be obliged to notify them is if you were living with someone who was suffering from a mental illness (depression etc) or if they had a criminal record. In that instance I would say you probably should get in touch, but barring that if your keys are locked up and only you can get access to them then I would think you're ok?
