    Parker Hale .270Win

Parker Hale Safari De Luxe .270Win rifle with rings and bases. Rings are actually 26mm but I have been using a 1" tube scope in them with a piece of gasket paper inside the ring. Works well and prevents any scratching of the scope.
Condition is as you see in the pics. 195. Can RFD-RFD at cost if required.

    Have a bump on me.

I've got the same model in 243 and I love it.
(Wish mine still had the foresight and rearsight like your's though!)

    An affordable "classic" for someone.

    Good luck with the sale!

Where's Brithunter? We would have had the full history of that rifle and of the person who made it!

Thanks for the bump VSS. I bought the rifle in a burst of nostalgia because my very first rifle was one of these and I regretted selling it. But I bought another PH safari in 308 because I have reloading gear for that but not .270. So now this one can go. I know they are not regarded as the world's sexiest rifles but I wonder just how many dead deer owe their demise to Parker Hale rifles.
Try me with a sensible offer if it helps.

Where are you too mate, what's the action like on it.

North Devon, not far from Chulmleigh, action is fine as far as I can tell. I have only put about 20 shots through it, obviously have no idea how many in its life.

    Looks really nice. Got a 7 x 64 so don't need a 270, but best of luck.

Just in case anybody has missed this rifle I will now include the cost of sending to your RFD which makes it very affordable.
