    Bezoar stones

    Took these from a fallow this year, how common are they

    There have been a couple of threads on here over the last five or six years - for example stoney object in stomach

    I would guess they may be more common than we think, as I wonder how many people actually check for them?

    If you read up on them they have a fascinating history, supposedly able to cure any poison. Tomlinson, a sometime member on here, was kind enough to send me one that I've used during numerous talks on deer. They always create some interest because of the references to them in Harry Potter!
