    Why poachers will NEVER be caught...

    Is it just me, or is there a reason why he's never going to see anything at distance?

    special police issue binos makes the offences look to far to act on in a reasonable time

    Could they not be NV binos that he's using with the covers on in case the camera flash damages the tubes? There seems to be a lens in the central hinge for an IR illuminator and pinholes in the lens covers.

    Ah... Ok... Could be... but that would be considerably less amusing and would show up my complete lack of NV knowledge!
