Do it yourself NZ Bull Tahr

Hey guys thought I'd share this video. It's of a great hunt we were on in NZ,s rugged alpine region. It shows the most incredible scenery as well as 3 big Bulls hitting the deck. We hunt all over NZ but these trips are always a great trip to have on the calendar. If anyone up there in the UK is thinking of doing a hunt like this then this should get you booking your tickets down here. Cheers guys happy to answer any questions /enquiries also.

It's really whetted my appetite watching these recent vids and I've also finished the Bruce Banwell NZ game series of books, which are a fantastic resource.

Would it be fair to say that while some species like red deer and wapiti have their best days behind them on free rrange hunts in NZ, tahr trophies have been getting better in recent years?

I've seen it for sale in delicatessens in NZ & I was led to believe it was similar to goat. If so, it's the young ones you'd want to eat.
