Thread: Pulsar Quantun XQ38s

    Pulsar Quantun XQ38s

I bought one of these new and took delivery of it on 31st October.
It has been set up outside a pub and once more at home over the telphone.
It has proved to be too technical for me so if anybody wants one without having to wait, like I did, eight weeks deloivery from order, I am willing to take a loss and sell this one for 2250.00 + postage. I would prefer collection but postage can be arranged.
It comes, naturally, with all the bits and bobs as a new one would including the three year warranty, less one month !
There are enough photos and tech info on the web without me having to go into that with this one.
    So for quick sale 2250.00

    Sorry no silly offers.
This is in the same condition as one you would buy new over the counter but for less than you would have to pay over the counter.

I have a gentleman interested in this with no mention of a knock down price reflecting the prices of a used HD50s !
So at the moment it is tentatively sold.
I will confirm when the transaction is completed.

PS. some of the offers being made by PM have brought tears to my eyes :-(

Have heard the '50' chews up the batteries much faster than the 38, much less fov, and, er, is last year's toy compared to the xq. Might just be talk, of course...

cant see how the 50 will be worse on batteries than the 38 as the only difference is the front lens

Exactly, no difference at all other than the lens. Battery life will be no different.

I have no idea whether this eats batteries more than the HD50, I haven't had this long enough to use any batteries so far !
    This is not sold yet.
