    Mauser m12 .270

    Has anyone got the above I'm thinking of one? Any info welcome

    My stalking partner has a Mauser M12 in .270 calibre, wooden stock. He loves it and he shoots plenty of fallow deer with it many are neck shots, so its accurate.

    very nice guns, you can also get a bargain with a s/h one, most people dont put a lot of bullets through them, and they are well build so will last a life time. Possibly look at a sauer if your flushed , I had a remi in 270, after about 30 years, a lot of trips down the range I finally shot the barrel out. I think Im going to get another!

    big fan nothing to dislike at all !!my go to rifle at the moment .

    I have one in 30-06. I like it a lot. Action and trigger are top notch.
