    Rifle slip

I am after a new rifle slip as mine is broken.

Want I need is a slip with a full zip and big enough to hold a moderated rifle with scope and a scope mounted T67 on top.

    Any Ideas ?

ive not had anything that matches the durability of an aim drag bag yet and there is loads of storage space. They are a hefty price though

Sure there was a post on here about canvas and leather slips that one of the members was getting made at movingŁ125 plus postage

Ogden's quickslip is what I have and it's excellent. Very well made and good pockets, well padded and waterproof.

Bold action. They are a Dutch company but ship to the UK all the time. Use the Google translate button to change the text to English. They used to attend the shows at Bisley.

Bishnym products of Devon make slips to order as well as off the shelf.
As your location is 'Outside' and I don't know where that is exactly, I'm not in a position to show you some of the ones I have and some of the ones I don't use.

Well that is sad news for some, not for me tho as I have several slips made by them.
Some with a pocket on the outside to take a box of ammo when travelling and to hold the thread protector and scope covers when in pursuit !
By the way Dave, I got sorted with the other problem I had ;-)

I have 2, at different ends of the spectrum price wise. Firstly an AIM drag bag, absolutely exceptional and really tough, only down side is it is big and heavy, but that is probably as I fill it with all of my accessories because the pockets just work and are the right size.

Secondly, and a lot cheaper is the Beretta Gamekeeper. Mine is a double and carries 2 rifles just right, not sure it will be as long living as the AIM but so far 12 months in it is doing me proud.
