Contessa rail and NV

Well, my plan for the holidays is to set up my .243 Sako 75 with a contessa rail and NV for foxing, then see how the setup holds zero when removed and refitted. I know the S&B in Optilocks usually goes back within 1/2 inch or so when taken off and returned but I would like to use the NV more this winter.

I will update this thread with my findings for anyone who's bored enough to read it

They work pretty well...never had a return to zero issue swapping off scopes with the Picatinny system.

I use them on both of these with an old N750 NM800IR combination.

I've got the Contessa rail on my Tikka T3 and use it with a Vortex HST and a Yukon Photonin Leupold qrw rings and regularly swap around. There is no discernable change in poi or if there is its less than what I can shoot, definitely less than .5moa.
As long as it's set up right and you make sure you put the scopes back in the same slots and make sure theyre up tight to the front of the slot you will be fine.
