Lee do a great start up kit, you just need to add the calibre specific shell holders. I've used mine to great success with my 308. Currently getting 0.3 moa groups with a 150gn SST load. If you are a hunter then I wouldn't think you will need anything else but if you are a target shooter then you can progress on to more sophisticated equipment as you get more experienced

A Lee Loader, a kinetic hammer, some RCBS(or similar) scales, a powder trickler/dribbler, case trimmer, de-burr and chamfer tool kit that includes primer pocket cleaner, some steel wool, some case lube. What have I missed?

All good, but a manual for sure and vernier calipers would be on my minimum list...

Pretty much the set up I have - but no case trimmer or lube yet, the cases haven't seemed to change much in shape presumably because if you don't resize (other than whacking the case into the lee loader) you don't stretch the brass so much.

also not got a powder trickled but its on the list. Using a scoop and a good set of scales.
