    That is incredible. I was so very close to selling the missus for one a year or so back. Kahles remains my dream scope - one day!

    My stalking partner has one perched on top of his 243 Sauer jammy get I have to put up with second rate optics (Pecar) on my smoke pole

    Interesting article, they could really have done with having it proof read though, I thought it was a 300 year old scope to start with.

    thats some story, I wonder if todays scopes (even Kahles) would last anything like 30 years due to manufacturers using cheaper grade materials to cut costs.

    I havent hijacked anyones thread my friend and most certainly wasnt aware that CSL had posted it back in July as you claim, and even if I had it most certainly dosent warrant such a reply in the manner you posted.

    As for the scope and rifle? Ive seen guests appear with outfits not far off the condition of that

    Well my old smoke pole Dan with the old pecar on top when I first saw a piccy of it I thought someone had nicked it.
    It was only after closer examination I realized that it was in better condition than mine
