    Time Wasters

Had a fella supposed to be coming to me this morning for a Fallow, he's been up before for CWD.
He just wanted a pricket, told him there are one or two about but they seem thin on the ground this year, he still wanted to come.
Told him to be at mine for 4am so we can be on the ground by 5.
Well I waited till 5 and went back to bed.

I had gone back to bed, was up at 3 and raring to go at 4.
he said he was outside my house at 5. we would never have got on the ground in time.
he was told be at mine for 4 and on the ground for 5, maybe he got it wrong.

it was me who had arranged to stalk with Les today, and i wouldn't intentionally waste any body's time,i got to les's at 5 which i wrongly thought to be the arranged time,as les had gone back to bed there were no lights on and les's car wasn't parked outside[les informed me it was in the garage for repair] which i wrongly took to mean that les was not there,
again les i apologize for the confusion

A case of a genuine mistake I would think, and you have the bottle to fess up on internet too!, I would reckon you may get forgiven.

Could be worse mate. Once had a **** swing up to the house in the early hours and blast the horn a couple of times - just to make sure i was up! I guess the kitchen lights being on must have confused him.

What couldn't be confused was the wife's reaction after he woke her and my 6month old daughter.
