    Sponsored walk.............Done and dusted.

Yesterday was the big day. The weather was perfect, overcast with a few sunny spells, a little breeze and more pleasingly one small shower.
I have to say a massive thankyou to everyone concerned especially to those who sponsored me for my cause.
Sox my lurcher did the full 29 miles with energy to spare. She even found the energy to play with a plastic bottle when we were about three miles from home.
My daughter in law Mandy did the home leg with us.
I`ll leave you with a few pictures.

Well done, mate. I know you've put a lot of work into raising money for a very good cause.

Well Done, it's nice to get the support from this sort of site, people who you may never have spoken to, sponser you.

Well Done again and well done to those who sponsered.

Position and hold must be firm enough to support the firearm
The firearm must point naturally at the target without any undue physical effort
Sight alignment (aiming) must be correct
The shot must be released and followed through without disturbing the position

Ian. The walk took twelve and a quarter hours. (Including a few breaks) I had reckoned on ten to twelve hours innitially.
