It Gets Right Up My Nose!

One of those words I keep seeing in relation to shooting kit.....TACTICAL.....bloody stupid....any other words used by manufacturers get up your nose?

" I just dialed in the numbers "

If you have to dial it in then its too far away !!!!Get back on your hands and knees and get after it .

"Pressure Point Bedding" Apparently, all the £millions that's been spent on development and all the years gunsmiths have been refining how to improve rifles is worthless.

Picatinny rails - and especially from custom rifle smiths. They build a beautifully refined rifle and then just screw on something that looks like a bit of Lego on top. Even worse is these rails never look as if they are cut to length etc with bits poking out beyond the action.

The one I hate is people calling sporting arms "weapons". Weapons are what armies and terrorists use to kill people.
I think it was Country tracks on tv a few days ago that a shotgun coach said weapon several times.
    Am I wrong?
