Richard Prior; Roe deer: management and stalking

Just finished reading this book, a well written guide to just about everything that the novice/ beginner could need to help them get going.

Well worth a read for interests sake for those who've been in love with deer stalking for what sometimes seems like for ever!

I totally agree, bought the book before doing my DSC1 and found it extremely useful and easy to follow. Also have a book by A J De Nahlik called Management of Deer and their habitats which I am finding a little more difficult to digest as it is aimed more at the professional deer/woodland manager rather than the part-time recreational stalker like myself, but I am sure I will get there!! Interesting nevertheless.
