    bulter creek cover size

    Hi Guys/gals

    Could anybody tell me what size bulter creek cover i will need for the front of my s&b 8x56.

    I've thrown the packets from mine out however I worked it out by looking at the imensions on the S&B website and then the sizes on the butler creek website. Hope that helps.

    Dont trust what the charts say, i have even miced my Scope and they still did NOT fit, pain in the butt either take you scope to the shop of make sure the shop has tried them on a scope of your make Trust me it's only took me ------ yer im a stuburn git But scope shop fit cap's HAPPY

    The only way i got them to fit was micrometer the diameter of the 'scope and use the smaller fitting on the chart. It wants to be snug, so snug you have to warm them up with hot water to get them on, otherwise trhey fall off all the time. If you want to look for some of the ones that have fallen off my scopes I can show you the woods where I lost them. Damned expensive hobby fitting Butler-Creeks!
