    Anybody use a .220 Swift ?

I ask as i`m interested in a few different loads from others. I have 250 Nosler 50 gr pills on hand to be loaded. Its a Stainless Rem 700 I only took her out this evening and rolled a few roo`s (on legit permit) that were on the hay paddocks.

use one in the 1990s , I got on with it very well, mine was also a Remmy. I used H414 and H380 to good effect with 50 grn nosler BTs .
My main use for the 220 was vermin and foxes. Bit of a bugger to feed out of a mag though due to the cases design.
Still shot loads of crows with it great fun.

I had a 220 Ackley back in the 1980's. I don't remember what I used, off hand (probably 4895 as I had about 20 pounds of it back then...) but I stuck with 40 grain bullets. It shot well but I tired of it after a while and got a 22-250.~Muir
