    Wildfowl/Waterfowl in a legal document

    All,

    Some advice required.

In a shoot agreement should ducks be refered to as Wildfowl or waterfowl, and if so why?

It is in relation to using none lead shot for ducks on a shoot on a steep mixed woodland which has a duck pond

    Regards

    D
