    right to shoot?

i"ve got a question in regard to shooting rights .If i take a friend out stalking for the morning this person has a open licence .Are they legally covered to stalk on land where i have the permission to shoot deer.

If you (the legal owner/ occupier) of the land and its stalking rights gives permission.

if you have the deer shooting rights it's fine, just permission to stalk not so but so long as the landowner is happy with you taking out others then that's fine too.

depends on the terms of your lease/right to shoot.
some sydicates/FC leases are clear on YOU being the shooter, not you taking 15 mates along every other weekend
