Well in my neck of the woods customer care seems to be on the rise!, had a few occasions to be happy / grateful this week, just topped it off with this mornings example, flicking through my documents (driving etc), I was a little concerned to see my m.o.t. was up last Wednesday for the TransAlp, I use this daily for transport to work..... ....... in these days of advances like auto number plate recognition & the quick links to d.v.l.a. for the plods, I was ringing round to try to put things right, within an hour my dealership had received a cancellation & phoned me directly, all done & dusted before 1.00pm. result!
