Thread: What bullets do you wish your RFD had on the shelf for deer?

What bullets do you wish your RFD had on the shelf for deer?

I'm a little disapointed in the supplies RFD's generally carry so what bullets do you wish they had on the shelf instead of have that you make do with for deer. I think for me it's sierra 150gr SBT's.

    My FRD doesn't carry anything!?
Everything is bought in to order, it's terrible.
As for (potential) favourite or wished-for round........
Does anyone know of a manufacturer who makes a pointed, boat-tailed soft point 168gr .308?

hi paul it is very hard for a dealer to keep most heads in stock and it would be very expensive as well.Because what ever you had someone always wants something you have not got instock.

why dont you ask the dealer if he can get what you want and make a bulk order of what you want and hold it for you but i would pay up front so the prices dont keep going up.

A consistent and varied range of 6.5x55mm. Norma 120gr BST, a lighter 90-100gr varmint and a reliable heavier 140gr SP.
    ..and .303 British
Or I could just take up reloading!
