Interesting - Maybe !!

I'ld never heard of this before - - an exellent link - - very interesting. I can understand the internal bacteria problems when consumed rare but what is the glue going to do to your system when it's absorbed into your gut in the raw state.

Absolutely. They are more or less just gluing roughly ground mince together. Having battled a brutal case of E. Coli less than a month ago, I can't even imagine what this is doing to the Australian populace. One would hope that any self-respecting butcher/restauranteur would avoid this product.
