    .25-06 Rem. Reloads

Does anyone out there have data for .25-06 Rem, 115gn ballistic tip, using any of the following propellants: IMR 4350, H4350 or Vit. N160.
    Cheers, d

Loads for 120 grain from the Vihtavuouri manual 4th edition max out at 45.4 grains for the Speer spitzer and 47.7 for the Speer HPBT for V160.

from the Real Guns website, max loads for the 115 gr Nosler BT are 50.8 for IMR4350 and 53.5 for IMR 4831.

Try the ADI website also as they supply Hodgdon with 4831 sc. In adi terms it is AR2213sc

Hi I personally got on better with the CT nosler in 115g but for N160 it was 47.7g & cci primer or 52g H4831sc & cci primer. I know you dont ask for it but got on very well with RE22 with 54.5 & cci primer & the N160 & RE22 performed great with the 100g bullets for me toohe H4821sc is great with the 75g v-max bullets if you ever want to try them.

    Cool

Hi I found best results with IMR4350 at MAX book load of 49.0 grains

I also find the Nosler 115 grain Ballistic Tips and the 115 grain Combined Tech to be totally interchangeble.

I normally use 50 grains of IMR 4831 behind a 115g Combined Technology head which gives great results. However, I think I'll try some IMR 4350 as I would then only need to buy one type of powder to feed the 30.06 as well! I'll let you know how I get on!

Thanks you guys. I've got the info I needed & am interested in the propellants listed as I use them regularly for the loads I use with Sierra Prohunter 1620 100gn bullet.
I've had great results with that for the last ten years.

Now, just for interest, I want to try the same propellants with the 115gn Nosler Ballistic Tip.
I just need development time now with the info provided & I'm sure I'll get a satisfactory load. Cheers all.
