Clause 11 in the Scotland Bill would give the Scottish Parliament the power to create its own firearms law for low-powered airguns. Following BASC lobbying, the House of Commons debated proposals to drop the clause but it remains in place. BASC has been briefing peers on the need to drop this clause ahead of the Scotland Bill entering the House of Lords.
