Hi all,

My names Will and come from a farming background in North Wiltshire. Had a very fortunate upbringing where I have been encouraged to participate in countryside pursuits by family members and friends from a young age.

As happy to carry my camera around as I am a gun when out and about, enjoy trying to make a stick or two, sports, socialising and chewing the cud (starting to sound like a lonely hearts advert this is :p)

More of a reader than a poster and have thoroughly enjoyed debates and write ups thus far on the forum. The site also seems a good place to source gear and equipment via the trade advertisers as well as getting reviews plus news and updates of whats happening in the small world that is deer.

Look forward to dropping in now and then and chatting etc to people, hope everyones well, cheers :thumb:

Regards Willy

p.s Calibre is .243, been privalleged enough to shoot the 6 species of deer that reside in the UK and work alongside park and farmed deer. Definitely learnt a lot more about deer working with them then I have when stalking them.

:thumb: cheers Willy

It's such a shame when newbies join any forum, say hello and no one greets them back!

So welcoming!

Hello from me, anyway.

Point taken Apache, however we have so many joining it is difficult to say hello to everyone. Welcome to the site and ask away, look forward to your input.

Cheers Apache and hello malc and rascal

No offence had been taken, I find myself reading introductions and feeling a bit awkward about writing a reply, dont really know what to say or what questions to ask without coming across nosey etc  it definitely is a busy old site good that its growing

cheers again atb Will
