    Hi Simon,

It would be to provide a service as and when needed. We are looking for two operators in each region, and once training has been completed, then we would pass all work in that region to the relevant operator.

Please email me on info@animalcapture.co.uk for more information.

    Regards

    Mike.

With respect, I presume to fill the weekend animal handling immobilisation courses.

Can I put my head above the parapet. The safe and humane handling of animals, particularly the deer species, is a skilled job which requires a huge amount of instruction and experience to even become semi competent. The idea of a minimum of two people in nearly sixty counties/regions can be trained to such a standard where the would be of any use to the owners of the animals that need to be captured is crazy. Competence and ability comes with experience, to gain that experience you need to be handling animals regularly. I fear that those signing up to this may think that there is a lot of non veterinary animal capture work out there. There is not.

I think there is more to be made in animal capture training than animal capture....

    Sorry Mike.

    Ducking for cover!
