    ebay bivvy bag...any good at all

    Anyone used or even seen one of these and would like to comment?

    hi mate i have an earlier version of that one its grey on the inside thats the only difference i took it to new zealand for 16days used it in all weather and i was impressed with mine atb,wayne ps lots of room i had all my clothes stashed in it as well as my british army arctic bag and still lots of room

    I have used bivvi bags for years whilst in the military and still now whilst hill walking, I have found them a top piece of kit you can sleep out with no tent and wake up dry.

    I have a goretex BB already,my qusetion was whether these are of any value as it seems they are a breather like the GTX
