Anyone tried losding this at subsonic speeds. Will be trying it, just wondering if anyone
    has some tips or tricks.

I have loaded to 1100 ft/sec but only with 47 grain, cast lead-alloy bullets. The load was 3.5 grains of Alliant "Unique" powder and a small pistol primer.~Muir

    Take care !

There are more 'blow-ups' with low loads than fast loads.

The .22 subsonic has already been invented.

Why would you bother to try to load a CF .22 to subsonic speeds?

    Maybe he doesn't have a .22?

Maybe he is an experimenter at heart? I did a good bit of load development with the 30 Whisper: I was shooting 220 grain bullets at 1000 fps from a fast twist rifle and getting phenomenal groups. The realm of sub sonic is an interesting playground, ballistically speaking.~Muir
