foxing with a mate on sunday then last night on my own.

well i went out the other night with nico 243 with my 6mm br on its last shoot with me, and Daz took along his tikka 222,

i then went out last night with my 20 tac and had both fox 4 and 5.

the first 3 foxes were in a 250 acre paddock area that we both shoot from time to time.

    so here we go,
    Sunday night
fox 1, Darren took this big boy out at 265 yards with his 222 running a 55 gr bt and hit him in his right eye,
fox 2, was me with the 6mm br running a 75gr v max varmint load and she was hit at 232 yards.
fox 3, he was taken by Darren at 156 yards with his 222 again

fox 4,was a vixen who ran like the wind towards me then stopped at around 120 yards,
fox 5, was a nice dog fox that was at around the same range but was sitting minding his own business under a large chestnut tree.

    fox 2, http://img820.imageshack.us/img820/7...ewplace033.jpg

    fox 3, http://img802.imageshack.us/img802/4...ewplace032.jpg

fox's 4 and 5, http://img35.imageshack.us/img35/758...ewplace036.jpg on this one you can see why my dog ventures out at night with me on the ODD occasion.

    hi bud

Cozzy is a collie shelti (spelling) cross, has a good nose but hes just full of play just now, loves sitting watching me shoot from the back seat of the truck, but gets a bit put of with the 308 with no mod on
