Firstly I want to see if it will stabilise - if it does I will use it for foxing rather than my 150 loads.

I used 110gn in my .308 for a while, spire point not plastic tipped, compressed load of h4895 got them going at 3150 from memory, nice, accurate and flat shooting, shot fox roe and fallow with them. They were less damaging on deer than the 125 ballistic tips I was using with the same powder charge. I was given the bullets by someone who used to shoot them from a 30-06 AI.

If its any help I use 63 gn vit 140 col 3.170 for 3350fps groups 1/2" and shoots to same point of aim as my 150 sst at 100m. This is a top load so work up carefully!
