    Just a thought........................... with the stupidity of the expanding ammo regulations having a board with soft point bullets on display would breech the regulations... give it some thought and be careful.

    Perhaps, though this is what the Home Office Guidance has to say:

    Display Boards and decorative purposesIn the absence of a Court ruling, inert cartridges and ammunition mounted on display boards are not regarded as being subject to the Acts. Similarly, inert bullets mounted on key rings or cuff links are assumed to be exempt.

    Excellent - so a massive display case to house a few thousand bullets would be ok..who's to know some go missing now and again

    if you were to pick that act apart, I think the first section refers to bullets seated, or cartridges that are inert, and the second refers to bullets that have been mounted. loose bullets in their own right may not be covered.

    I mentioned it because the Police even seized my dummy rounds with the split necks for finding seating depths. I am sure they would have taken a display board as well.
