Interarms Mark X .30 06

This was my fathers rifle made by a custom gun maker down in Texas. It is a custom stock but an Interarms Mark X. Alexandria, VA and Manchester England is stamped on the receiver. I believe it was made in the former Yugoslavia. My father has since passed but this was the most important thing I wanted to have to make sure it is passed down. I am going to see if I can get me a deer with it this season here in a couple weeks.

Interarms had a huge ex-print warehouse in Manchester until it was demolished by the Department of Transport to put a new road through even though the building was a listed one. Nice rifle.

Thanks Brithunter...I was wondering about the Manchester England stamp on the rifle.

This action is made in Kragujevac, Serbia, by Zavodi Crvena Zastava. They are one of few in word today making very good Mauser actions. Rifle is nice, models which are made for export are often much bether than those produced for domestic and East european countries....
