    light 308

now i have sold my 308 savage and my Bushnell scope im possibly in the market for a new lighter rifle in 308.

im not looking to break the bank, but i also do not want a box of frogs,

i am trying to get this done before i go under the knife for a big op on my spine, so i only have a week or so before im out of shooting for about 2 months or more,

    thank you

    bob.

    right handed,
    20 to 22" barrel
    mag fed
    srew cut if possible,

older tikkas, browning medalion. possibly a X or a bolt

Also in this month's sporting rifle is the Kimber 84M Classic... my mate just acquired one, and christened it last weekend on 2 fallow and a munty. Cracking rifle, good wood and kitted with a 8x56 S&B and a CMM4 it weighs in about 700gms lighter than my T3 stainless lite, duralyt and wildcat predator 8 combo.

Well worth a look if lightweight is what you're after.

    (I still prefer my T3)

    thank you Lads,

i will have to sell my zeiss scope to get more funds, the finlight is out of my bracket and the others i have looked at are up around the 1k, so i will take my time and source the right rifle, as i do not have the funds or the time to mess this up.

look out for a zeiss conquest for sale if i need too.

    bob.

i have seen a nice 595 for sale not to far away but he will not budge on the price. have have since found out the rifle was sold last week, what a tozzer
