    .243 reloading

Hi people! Anybody used hornady 95gr sst's?? Having a little trouble finding the right load combo with them. Thinking of going back to 100gr soft points! Anybody any advice?

    Thanks,

    Adam.

Adam. I struggled with them too and gave up in Spring 2009. I only tried loads with RL-19, I might try H4350 or N560 if I was trying again now. Regards JCS

care to offer us a little more information i.e. what is your barrels twist ratio and what is the bullets actual length? The issue could by gyroscope stability.

    40 grains of H4350 works in my .243W under 100 Sierra SptBt's and Nosler 95 BT's.

I've just been given some Speer 100grn in .243. Does anyone have any load data for these using either Vit N140 or H4831?
