    Red Squirrel.

    Not a Youngster as I had previously stated !
    I am not an expert on Squirrels Fisheruk.

    Real nice to see Hugh, reminds me of the woods that I can stalk north of Perth.

    Aye, we have quite a few Reds here in Cumbria but the rotten Greys are expanding all the time and Buzzards take their toll too.

    We are very lucky as there are good numbers of red squirrels in our woods on Stobo, Peebleshire. We watched them a month or so ago frantically storing up for the winter, regularly running by our high seats. Unfortunately there are one or two greys as well...

    The second ones not bad at all. I don't think I've ever see one, something I must do.

    Nice pic, but it is an adult. Youngsters don't have tufts on their ears!!!!!!!!!!

    Nice pictures. Here on the Isle of Wight we are very fortunate to have a thrivng population of Red Squirrels and no Greys at all
