    Batteries

Just a tip to throw away the cr*p batteries that tend to come with head torches etc. and install Duracells. I've lost yet another headtorch to leaky batteries

if it is a decent brand you can get replacement contacts for them
even duracells will leak if you leave them long enough!

Duracell's usually cost more then the headtorch, just throw the torch and buy a new one.

If you cost it all out disposable batteries and some condoms would have saved you in the long run................

Section 161 of the Highways Act 1980 (England & Wales) makes it an offence to discharge a firearm within 50 ft of the centre of a highway with vehicular rights without lawful authority or excuse, if as a result a user of the highway is injured, interrupted or endangered.
