Unfortunatley, its description is rather vague,It does not state the size of motor, which is a major factor when choosing such an item.

I used the Breville model a lot when I first started - it works fine but has some limitations if you are processing meat in any quantity. It is very noisy as it has a small motor and high gearing, which also means it heats up very quickly. To get the best out of it you need to chill the cubes meat down to near freezing and rest the machine frequently. The small chute also meant that smooth, consistent sausage filling was a bit of an art and it took a lot of practice not to get loads of air pockets.

In summary, it worked fine to get me started but I rapidly invested the money in a decent 3/4HP geared mincer able to grind all day long without getting hot.

I still have the Breville machine if you want a used one cheap - works fine and has all the bits.

Try checking out the Orbit mincers/sausage makers http://emsons.hostedbyamazon.co.uk/O...source=froogle

I was thinking about buying a Breville/Worral Thompson but did some research and the Orbit had good reviews, had mine 6 months now and very happy with it, somewhat noisy but it does the job very nicely.

I had a similar sized one but burnt the motor out spectacularly.
upgraded to a Bree "FleischWolf" or something like that. does the same stuff but under less stress
