Venison Butchery course. Learn to prepare venison carcusses for yourself and freinds/customers with quilified Chef/ Butcher. Full days training with hands on practical. Plus you get to take away the venison you have prepared. A maximum of 6 candidates per day/course. Venison lunch provided with cookery demo. 125.00 + vat.
Overnight accomodation if required at 25 per head per night, Self catering. Six dates. First Saturday of each month beginning March the 3rd until August the 4th.
